RELINING Trenchless Method – Sewage System
The trenchless method called RELINING consists of fitting smaller plastic piping into the already existing damaged sewer piping with excess capacity. It is used for profiles from DN 80 to 1,400 in direct routes without significant horizontal or vertical bends. For access into the existing pipeline, a starting pit with a loading section is necessary. The piping is fitted in via pulling using a special winch (e.g. BAGELA) with an adjustable tractive force.
Trenchless Method RELINING – Flexoren
This method is used for rehabilitation of damaged sewer service pipes or sections of sewer piping from DN 125 to 300. The advantage of this method lies in the two-layered design of the fitted piping, which allows for extreme bending, thus potentially providing access to the piping via a regular manhole.
